Managed hosting and operations support

Our managed hosting and orchestration pricing includes comprehensive support from our Games Operation Centre. This includes:

  • 24/7 monitoring and management of your game servers
  • account management
  • advice on integration, APIs, online services, and troubleshooting from a support desk
  • server selection and cost modelling advice to find your optimal setup

If you have any additional questions, we’ll be happy to work with you to answer them.

There are no additional paid tiers for managed hosting and operations support. All customers receive premium support included in their hosting pricing.

Managed networking services support

If you’re using SpatialOS managed networking, you might want more support during game development. We provide free technical support to all users. We also offer additional paid tiers of support. For more details, contact us.

Free technical development support

Our engineers provide free technical support on our forums and our Discord channels. Which one you should use depends on the kind of problem you're experiencing.

Forums

Post on the forums if you want to:

  • get help on complex questions that might involve providing error messages and logs
  • talk to our engineers and tech teams and get detailed help within three days
  • share feedback and suggestions about SpatialOS
  • become a part of an active and supportive community
  • stay up to date on the latest news and all SpatialOS software updates

Post on Discord if you want to:

  • get quick answers and light support from our engineers and tech teams
  • share feedback, thoughts and suggestions on SpatialOS
  • join in the conversation with fellow developers
  • become a part of an active and supportive community

We do our best to provide a response time of three working days to answer forum questions.

Paid technical development support

We have a range of support packages for studios who want more hands-on support. These packages include access to ticket desks, Slack channels, dedicated account management, and our excellent partner engineering team.
